I wonder if we asked gluten what it thought about all this gluten-free stuff, what it would say? I feel for those who have legitimate medical reasons for avoiding gluten, but I also feel for those who are getting sucked into what amounts to a marketing ploy by some companies. Thanks for the "food" for thought.
